All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted

All orders will ship within 2-5 business days. All packages are shipped with tacking and insured for the full value of the order to protect against lost packages during transit. However, Southern Spade is not responsible for any damage or theft once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Southern Spade stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewelry requires repair, please contact us and we will assess the item. Repairs are not guaranteed. If a repair is approved, shipping to and from Southern Spade is the responsibility of the customer.

All Southern Spade pieces are handmade using sterling silver and natural stones. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, shape, and stone appearance are normal and part of the beauty of handmade jewelry.

Southern Spade is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or improper use of any products. The buyer assumes responsibility for proper care, maintenance, and use of all items.
